T-Shirt Contest
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
1.The design submission may be submitted in PDF format no larger than 5MB. However, the chosen design must be printed from high-resolution, print-ready files from a professional design program such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. If you use another means to make your design, you must be prepared to provide a copy compatible with our printer’s capabilities.
2.Your design should be colorful, containing up to a maximum of four (4) colors (not including the shirt color).
3.Your design will be used only on the FRONT of the shirt. A 10” X 13” design area is preferred, but oddly shaped designs are permitted. Your design must fit on sizes ranging from Women’s XS to Men’s XL.

T-SHIRT DESIGN GUIDELINES
1.Entries are encouraged to be colorful, bringing the spirit of Ravenswood into the picture.
2.Entires can be inspired by the look of the Ravenswood corridor, the variety of art created by the artists working/living in this area, and/or anything else in your own sense of creativity that represents Arts & Industry in partnership.
3.Your design needs to include the words: RAVENSWOOD ART WALK OCTOBER 3-4, 2009
4.The shirt design should be something someone would want to wear.
5.Your design can only be on the FRONT of the shirt.
6.You can submit more than one design, but each design must be submitted separately.
7.Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design you are doing so as owner of the property, and representing the work does not contain any of your own copyright material or anyone else’ . If your art work is chosen, you will be required to sign a legal release for your design.

Create an image/design which is bright, artsy,
vibrant, turns heads, a conversation piece,
and exhibits the great diversity of artistry along the
Ravenswood corridor.
We offer prizes, and, of course, the recognition
of being a great artist.
Contest is open to everyone regardless of skill
level and age group. (Remember the philosophy that
all of us can be an artist at least for one day…)
